Move multiple selected video clips at the same time

Possibility to select and move / transform multiple selected clips in preview window at the moment it is frustrating select clip from timeline and move one by one selected clip. I would say this could be much more easier if selection could be done in preview/monitoring window directly - if shift or ctrl + lmb - then multiple selections or deselections would be done (also alpha channel considered / respected - if user has selected - respect alpha channel z-index selection or something..) and possibility to transform multiple selected clips in preview / monitoring windows when mutliple clips are selected.

By default, the 'preview' window is on the left, called the Source Viewer. You're not talking about that one, right? You're referring to the Program Viewer, on the right?

When you say 'move' are you looking to change the X/Y Position of the clips, or to relocate their place in the timeline?
