Timeline tracks custom names always visible

When timeline tracks are at their minimum height the name is no longer visible. It would be great to have it aside instead of below the track number so it can be always visible.

Very often is useful to have all tracks shrinked at their minimum height but with the track names readable. It may be an option you can flag, so everyone is happy

As long as it was optional I think this would be really useful.

+1 ... works perfectly well in the Fairlight Page, exactly the same screen real estate, no reason for it not to be possible in the Edit Page (and bring over the vastly superior track height options too).
