Feature Request - DeckLink + Resolve Studio | Vertical Video

There needs to be a way for both the Decklink Cards as Well as Resolves Output to Rotate Video Output by 90 degrees for Vertical Video Monitoring.
Currently, when monitoring a 9x16 Sequence - we a forced into being Pillar Boxed on the sides.
I want to rotate my output monitor and view the full resolution.
I know that AJA Kona Cards have the ability to Rotate Video
