Hi!
I'm currently editing a feature film and I have lots of video and audio tracks.
I have a featrure request, what other editing software has and it would be a game changer for more serious projects.
When I'm editing in EDIT page, and scale my tracks narrower to have space, and see all tracks, it wuld be fantastic to see my TRACK NAMES in any situation. The space for it is there.

There are other threads asking for the same.

For reference, see how track name visibility is handled in the Fairlight page ... there's no reason for this functionality to be inferior on the Edit page.

Yes, I think that makes a lot of sense.

Also when I set my audio waveforms to
[OFF] non-rectified waveforms
[ON] full waveform
it becomes impossible to read the track name because of a white text on a white waveform.

Seems like you might be talking about clip name readability here Robert... its a valid point, but note that this thread is regarding track name display (in the timeline's track header area).

Yes, thank you - you are so right Andy.

I was mixing those two things up.

Something like what already exist within the Fairlight page would improve so much the quality of life in seeing everything in the timeline at once in small screens.

+1. It’s crazy that we can’t see what track we’re working on unless we make the tracks to big to see all the tracks we’re working on.

Someone else added to this that you could then be able to flag certain tracks for rendering inclusion or exclusion based on the track name. That would be hella cool.
