Fusion Clips vs. Comps

IMHO the way to fix the confusion between Fusion Comps and Clips, is for DVR to make a new Fusion Comp as a dependency for every Fusion Clip. It should have an icon indicator that it's attached to a clip if it isn't dependent, and should be separable from the timeline clip if needed. And switching pages from Edit to Fusion when a Comp is the timeline clip should take one to the COMP, not a Clip. This confusion cost me a couple of hours of work last night as I edited a Clip thinking it was the Comp (remember - there's nothing in the UI to tell us what exactly we're working on), then deleted the timeline Comp layer to refresh my playback. Safer would've been to add a timeline layer, but it was late at night.
