Keep the settings open when we select a clip again

Each time a clip is selected, everything is "closed" again.
This is so annoying.

I'm battling with the blanking fill OFX right now!

1. I can't copy and past the settings of the blanking fill from a clip to another, the global blend doesn't want to be copy/pasted.
2. Each time I select a clip, all the settings are closed again. I constantly have to click on Drop shadow, global blend, etc, over and over and over and over.

So please, when a sub-menu is opened for a clip in the inspector (Fusion, open fx, video, audio... all the tabs), keep them open when we come back to it.
