Due to a misunderstanding I kept working on a project for six years and through all versions of Resolve since 14.0. Every week just deleted processed video and added new recordings.
Several problems I reported here:
https://forum.blackmagicdesign.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=146727Last week Resolve 18.6.2 crashed rendering after 2 Minutes or so. Never had similar problems before.
The support of our Vendor helped me to solve the problem telling me that I should copy the timelines to a new project every few monts. Following his advice everything works well again. Resolve renders 170 fps instead of 50 before (if it rendered at all)
So my request is to get a function "Clean up the database" similar to "Delete Render Cache - Unused" which could help to keep Resolves performance stable.
Thanks
Josef
