Fusion Keyframe Panel Time Marker

FR that the DVR Fusion Keyframes Panel time marker can be made to jump to a point in the composition by clicking wherever one wants in the ruler, and doesn't have to explicitly grab the marker and move it.

Just tried it - doesn't do what I want. Not sure what it does, actually. I want the same behavior in the Fusion keyframe panel as in a Timeline panel - that clicking anywhere on the timeline ruler makes the current time marker jump to that position. Consistent behavior doesn't seem like too much of an ask to me.
