The wanted feature is very simple to implement.
The QC case: when YUVRGB channels are less than zero and more than 1.0f (1023).
It is important to detect overexpose or underexpose parts or illegal YUV levels.
Just colorize a bottom or a top scale line pixel if the frame data contains any pixel data those are not in a range (0.0f...1.0f) in this data row.
The red color can be very visible on the parade or waveform scales.
