Caption window placement

I do a lot of captions and would therefore, for the next update love to being able to place the text window for captions where ever I want along with being able to change the viewing size of the text. In fact the same system that is used for the transcription window.
At the moment the window being fixed in the inspector is a real pain when it comes to changing captions and things are not helped by the text view size in the inspector.
