Speed Editor Panel Double click speed

Is it possible to change the timing of a double-press of a button on the speed editor panel? I have a neurological disease that has slowed down my ability to move my fingers fast enough to execute the function that are double or triple tap oof the buttons.

I can use a mouse and all the controls well enough, but if the timing (milliseconds) could be expanded/increased a bit I would be able to use the panel and all of it's functions. Resolve is amazing.
