make mouse second playhead

its very frustrating to need to stop playback to make simple edits like paste insert. or when you go to media pool and try and insert a clip. would be nice if resolve only stopped playback when you bring up a special menu like speed control or something.

I don't find that frustrating. That's just...how it's done.
