The DaVinci Resolve subtitle save enhancement

1) the default should be (without formatting) - I have to change it every time (sometimes forget)
2) the save dialog (on macOS) does not allow to paste a file name (paste is disabled-plays a beep sound)
3) It would be cool, to save time, to suggest the timeline name (instead of "subtitle 1") as a default for the subtitle file name
