Yeah, that's a paid plug-in. Be advised that the last time I tried Red Giant Universe plug-ins (around Resolve 17), they no longer worked with Resolve. I contacted Red Giant support and was informed that they didn't have any plans to fix the problem.

BorisFX, Sappphire, Neat Video, Film Convert, FilmBox, Beauty Box, FlickerFree, Dehancer, and Scatter all work fine.
