Resizable (popup) windows

Some windows like the projects manager can be resized.
But not the Keyboard Customization one, for example.

We should be should be able to resize all popup windows when not everything can fit in them (if they have scroll bars).

Agreed. This often frustrates me. Especially when working in a UHD monitor with lots of room.

(And those resizing changes should stay...ever across restarts! Doing it over and over is just as frustrating as not being able to do it at all.)
