Apply Clip Attributes to proxies from the generator

Currently, DR does not check for changes in the Clip Attributes of an original to apply them to externally generated proxies. This way the Proxy Generator is less useful than it could be.
If Clip Attributes are set before generating proxies inside of DR, they are applied to the proxies.

I would propose a different solution:
Don’t bake clip attribute changes into any proxies.

Clip Attributes are normally not 'baked' into originals before final render.
So, why bake them into proxies? Just generate proxies from originals, then check what the user may have changed in the Clip Attributes and copy them to the proxies' Clip Attributes in DR. These are not external metadata anyway.
Things like flipping or changing the aspect ratio are not really computationally expensive.

I have a feeling this is a simple fix. If not mistaken, colour grade is applied to proxy so I guess the same should happen for the options in "Clip Attributes".
In any case, I support this change.
