Sound editing and VST

1. ability to double click and edit audio in wave editor.
2. ability to browse and search plugins in audio track insert
3. ability to load VSTi instruments and play midi notes in fairlight page
4. ability to sidechain from audio track level

Configure an Extermal Audio Process in Resolve's Preferences.

VSTi plugins may be instantiated and recorded to an Audio Track.

Alternatively with Resolve Studio 19 running natively, either slave a preferred MIDI sequencer via LTC or slave Resolve Studio to the preferred sequencer via LTC or MTC.

Fairlight menu > Remote Control Settings

Patch LTC to any physical output via the Fairlight menu > Patch IO and select the System Generator as Source with the Timecode option.

Alternatively, set 9pin to slave via MTC in Remote Control Settings.
