EQ Settings Edit Page no effect / Voice Isolations Value

Question: In the edit page, the EQ settings often do not take effect. Sometimes it helps to restart the clip or turn the EQ on and off. But only sometimes. The problem was described here some time ago: viewtopic.php?f=21&t=159515
Davinci full version 18.6, Win 11, sufficient computer power.
Question: Voice Isolations always starts at 100. Is it possible to preset the value to 10, for example?
