Select clips between in/out marks

NOTE: this is not the same as cutting, copying and pasting the in-out area, as the treatment of overlapping clips is different. Check out the link to understand fully.

I find the current method a bit clunky, and I often accidently leave orphan clips behind, or grab an extra frame from a trailing clip I don't want.
