automated video setup

I would like to put in a request to do something with the desktop video setup. As you know, it's currently a separate app. If the app isn't started before starting Resolve, Resolve won't recognize Resolve hardware (namely UltraStudios and DeckLinks but possibly others as well.) You then have to close Resolve, open the video app, restart Resolve and turn the video output on, close Resolve again and open Resolve yet again.

If the hardware is connected, let us permanently set it in Resolve and don't require a separate app. If it's not connected, it just won't do anything. But this dance to get a signal out gets pretty old.
