Davinci Resolve features missing

after some guys from youtube saying this software is like After Effects i decided to install the free version of Davinci Resolve but...
how can i make my character walk?
Davinci Resolve free version or Fusion dont have something
like puppet tool or bones for character animation?

This software is nothing like After Effects.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Fusion has many capabilities that are similar to After Effects, but it's definitely limited as a character animation tool. While, technically, you could set something up (2d or 3d, either one), it would take quite a bit of time to build it, and it probably wouldn't be as easy or pleasant to use as AE. No, there's no puppet tool, and no bones system. Fusion is primarily a compositor, with a side-order of motion graphics.

its too bad...because this software have so much potential to compete with after effects...
