Full Broadcast Close Caption Support

DaVinci currently doesn't have Closed Captions support bringing in cc or exporting them out, the option to output sidecart or embed .MCC or .Scc is severely needed in broadcast playout environment. The ability to bring in, edit and sync .scc and .mcc files with a edit porject would be tremendous boom for broadcast productivity

This week I tried to export a .mxf with CC embedded, but the final file did not have any CC. I've got to export from Premiere just to put the CC.
I did step-by-step from Davinci Manual, but no CC in final video.
I'm using DR 16.0 Studio.
Any clue?
