Can't expand the transition effect in the Inspector

Does anyone else has this problem?

I can't expand the transition panel (mouse click) in the inspector... .and sometimes it works.

After clicking on the "reset" icone (next to the Fusion icon), the double click works, but my settings are on their default values again, of course.

The panel is open, then if you exit, and come back, it's closed and can't be opened again, this is annoying as hell.

I had to deactivate "selection follow playhead" so I could tweak my transition without the thing collapsing again and not be able to open it and tweak things.

I'm not seeing this at all with or without Selection Follows Playhead.
It may or may not be relevant but in your pic the Video, Audio, and File tabs are not active. This is what I see.

I was just saying that it only happens when I use DR for a while and the timeline gets pretty messy.
