Activation! Help! Upd. Huray! It's alive!

So, I uninstall previews version of DVR Studio and delete all BMD folders from Program Files and Program Data, after that, I install new beta (8) and now DVR don't accept my key... What should I do?

But, I use this key only on this workstation, but have reinstall Windows some months ago. Where I can saw all device and can make license management now? Somebody help!

They seem to have a problem with their license servers. Do what they write: contact support.
The more complaints, the faster they may get their act together.
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.

And here, unfortunately, it is not so easy to get and write to support. I wrote, in response I received a long letter with instructions and here's how to get help, I'm not sure I got it right. I don't speak English very well.
