I have a WAV file with 2 mono tracks

How to get a file with one stereo track?

If the source media is interleaved stereo, place the source on a Stereo Track.

If the interleaved source is on a Mono Track on the Timeline, use the Track's contextual menu:
Change Track Type To > Stereo

Do you know of a workflow for changing 2 mono tracks (not interleaved) into a stereo track?

I often get aaf from AVID and Premier that have "split mono" for stereo and I can't seem to do anything other than linked groups and linked files, not a stereo track (left & right - Embedded Channel 1 & 2 in clip attributes).
