Some questions that may help me give an answer to your problem.
Is that the only monitor you use on your system and is it plugged into the GTX 4090? Is its scaling set to 100%? Have you ever used more than a single monitor with Resolve?
When you say "I cannot disable dual screen" are you referring to dual viewers on the Edit page, or actual monitors?
This is what you should see on a single monitor with the Media Pool and both Source and Timeline viewers.

You can switch between single and dual viewers by clicking this icon top right.

With a single viewer you can switch between Source and Timeline using the Q key on your keyboard. This is what you would see with dual screens.
