Bug - Clip speed change - 19b2

Going higher than 1000% with the "change clip speed" will bring back audio that is not part of the clip.

Can someone try this :
1) Take a 6-10 mins video
2) make two cuts to isolate the part to speed up
3) select the clip and change its speed to 1100% (or more)

As you can see the waveform here, 900%, then 1000%, and then 1025%.
After 1000%, the audio is something completely different. And the jump was just 25% more

I just realized that we have duplicate frames...
This is just an audio clip with two cuts, and the middle clip sped up.
