Resolve 19 - Transcribe Audio "Blank audio "

I have someone talking on my track and Transcribe won't pick up his voice, he has a slight accent, but it's easy to understand what he's saying, but Transcribe won't pick up like, anything he says, at all. it just gives me "BLANK AUDIO" everywhere


Have tried both Resolve, and Resolve Beta 2, but haven't downgraded yet.

Sounds like something that would benefit from a sample

I have the same problem on Resolve Studio Public Beta 2. Only one track (of 2) is transcribed and large swaths are labeled as Blank Audio when they contain clearly spoken English.

it's not shouting, it's exactly the words DaVinci gave me. Hence why it's in "quotations"

I had a very similar issue today, my solution was to mute my music track and only have the voice over/narration and interviewee audio tracks enabled - then the transcription was able to detect etc.

Like Mads notes, an audio sample would allow for better understanding of the issue (and hopefully more precise suggestions).
