19b3 Bug Enter Numpad Alt-symbols Switches to Timecode Entry

In Davinci Resolve 19 in all beta versions was discovered a BUG with enering Alt-code symbols (like «»—•) in the text field - with new feature of entering a timecode directly from Numpad it automatically switches to Timecode Entry. I have demonstrated the problem in the screencast

Yeah, this is still broken in Beta 3.
