Fairlight-Bug: Cuelist Import Windows not visible

There's a bug when importing ADR Cue Lists with 18.5
As long as the video preview window is in floating mode, the CSV-Import dialog will be invisible (in the background).

You have to un-float the video window first.

May be isolated to Windows systems as not seeing that behaviour on macOS.
