Login page not showing on cloud tab

Hello all,

I'm trying to get DaVinci connected to Blackmagic Cloud but the login dialog never appear when I switch to the Cloud tab, so (I presume) it never has the information to pull down my cloud projects. Is there something I'm missing to get this to appear?

I do have a Cloud account, with projects from another device present in the existing library, so its not a lack of data to sync.

You don't mention which version of Resolve you are using, or OS, etc.. but to start, can you see this in an internet search

Apologies, I am using 18.1.4 Build 9 on Windows OS.

That specific formulation of the URL dead ends (strangely it redirects to https://auth.cloud.blackmagicdesign.com/u/login), but if I go up a level and navigate to:

https://auth.cloud.blackmagicdesign.com/

it resolves to

https://auth.cloud.blackmagicdesign.com/login?state=<encoded state stuff>

Similarly, if I load Davinci, select the Cloud tab, and click "Add Library" it opens the website where I can log in successfully, but Davinci never attempts to download/sync/pull my existing cloud project library.

and prepopulates with my previous login details, with which I can log in successfully.

Um, not sure.. maybe generate resolve diagnostic logs from the help menu and post a link to them here with your NFO.
Which country are you in and which did you set up the resolve cloud library?

I'm in the USA, and setup my cloud library from the USA as well.

Details of my cloud library:
Version: Resolve 18.0
Region: USA - N. California
Created: Jul 10, 2022 7:45 PM

Curious why you put this in the 18.5 beta forum if you are using 18.1.4?

Is it possible that the Cloud Project Library that was created from the other system was done in 18.5? If so, that would not show up in 18.1.4.

Apologies, I did not notice I'd placed this post incorrectly. I have not installed 18.5, I am indeed on 18.1.4, and the projects in my library were all created on earlier 18 versions. Should I pick up this post and repost it down in the general forum?
