BR R19b2. Nudge Clip Up/ Down track will only work once

New as of R19 b2

Select a V or A of a clip in the TL, with sync (linked) V/A
Have multiple V or A tracks in the TL
Turn OFF clip sync to ensure other part of clip doesn't block move up or down

With clip selected hit Opt Up or Opt Down arrows. Assuming you have several tracks vertically available to move in, key command will work once and thats it. You can not continue to move up or down. In fact you can't even do opposite command - move up 1st, then move down or other way around.

if you deselect clip, then reselect, nudge up / down will work for exactly one move again and thats it. perfectly repeatable for me, was working ok in prior vers

UPDATE Jun 3 : Today clip nudging up down seems to be working. What have I done ? no idea besides app quit start, machine reboot. its been raining a lot
