Version 19.1.3 not opening

Hi,
Kinda new to the DR game here. Ive been editing with DR these past few days but for some reason IT STOPPED OPENING. I tried every troubleshoot there is: i did the compatibility thing, i looked for DR processes (EVEN IN DETAILS) in task admin, BUT NOTHING SOLVES MY PROBLEM. Is it maybe that this version is unstable? Im kinda in crisis mode since I just recently changed from Premiere Pro and Im still in the learning process. HELP PLSSS

Please include Resolve version, operating system, and computer spec (including GPU and driver) in your signature to assist troubleshooting.

Sergio, what does this have to do with Blackmagic Cloud?

Please describe your computer specs in detail. .. and OS version.

My bad, accidentally clicked on the wrong topic Peter. I believe I have my specs on my signature but here they are:
Davinci Resolve 19.1.3
HP Z2 Tower G9 Workstation Desktop PC - 12th Gen Intel i7 -12700 - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080
32GB RAM
Windows 11 Home

In a File Explorer window, go to:

C:\Program Files\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve

and run CaptureLogs

This will place a Resolve log file named similar to this on your Windows Desktop: DaVinci-Resolve-logs-20181228_140434.zip (You may not see the .zip extension if your system is set to hide known extensions).

Then open the Windows System Information app and do a File - Save (Not a File Export), which will generate a .NFO file.

Place both those files on a file sharing site and provide links to the files here. Make sure the links don't require access credentials.
