Hi everyone,
I’m trying to select a Blackmagic Cloud plan in DaVinci Resolve, but I keep getting an "Unknown Error" message that says:
"Selecting a Blackmagic Cloud plan is currently unavailable due to an unknown error. Please check back again later."
I’ve already tried restarting Resolve, checking my internet connection, logging out and back in, and even updating to the latest version. Nothing seems to fix it.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is this a server-side problem, or is there something I can do on my end to resolve it?
