Sync Cloud don't upload the proxies.

Since yesterday, the proxies we generate are no longer being sent to the cloud with Sync Cloud. Usually, when one of the members of our team imports footage and generates proxies, the other members can immediately access them via the cloud. Do you know why the sync cloud for proxies isn't activating ? Thank you for your help.

Did you figure this out? My proxies seem to be uploading.

I have a similar issue.

I have 10 bins (01-06 from day 1 and 7 - 10 from Day 2). Proxies were made and started uploading to my cloud account. I hit a storage limit and had to pay for the next tier, but couldn't get the proxies to resume.

I deleted the cloud folders via a web browser and local proxy folders but the upload never resumed.
I removed the bins and re-added to the project. This seemed to kick the process off again. All seemed good. 17.5GB of proxies made and sync'd.

Today, I added rolls 07 to 10. Half way through bin 07 being sync'd, Resolve crashed.
Now I have all the bin structure on the cloud, but no proxy files on the cloud.

I've unlinked and re-linked proxies
I've paused and resumed sync from the cloud icon (at the bottom of the screen)

Can't seem to get it going again. Can anyone technical help please

I have similar problem, but my proxies upload but not original files. I upload from the BM camera app and it says that all is uploaded, but cannot find it in BM cloud.
