I have a similar issue.
I have 10 bins (01-06 from day 1 and 7 - 10 from Day 2). Proxies were made and started uploading to my cloud account. I hit a storage limit and had to pay for the next tier, but couldn't get the proxies to resume.
I deleted the cloud folders via a web browser and local proxy folders but the upload never resumed.
I removed the bins and re-added to the project. This seemed to kick the process off again. All seemed good. 17.5GB of proxies made and sync'd.
Today, I added rolls 07 to 10. Half way through bin 07 being sync'd, Resolve crashed.
Now I have all the bin structure on the cloud, but no proxy files on the cloud.
I've unlinked and re-linked proxies
I've paused and resumed sync from the cloud icon (at the bottom of the screen)
Can't seem to get it going again. Can anyone technical help please
