I downloaded it but there are no clips

I watched so many videos and tutorials trying to figure this out. Everything seems normal and I can follow along with every tutorial, but when I go to add it to davinci it says "scan successful added 0 clips of 0 clips from /Volumes/Fairlight Sound Library 1" Ive downloaded it at least 5 times and accidentally added a bunch of other files but none are sound effects, they're random voice files I had saved previously. I don't know what else I'm supposed to do to.

Are you using Blackmagic Cloud or a local database?

Is the Fairlight Sound Library database selected?

Did you enter a search term or *** to list all media?

ive tried putting *** in the search engine and it doesnt show anything. And the blackmagic cloud database doesnt show as an option when i try to change it from local database. Ive downloaded fairlight library like five times but my issue is that the download doesnt download anything.
