Can't upgrade cloud projects from DaVinci 18 to 19

Can't upgrade cloud projects from DaVinci 18 to 19

I see a Triangle with an exclamation mark but no option to upgrade the project to version 19. The "Upgrade" is ghosted when I right-click on the Project Library.
