Clients with public access can not view or see the cloud presentation. When they try the link they get the normal promote of add name give camera and mic access all great everything works, but then as soon as they click join presentation. It remain on a blank background and nothing load. Video doesn't load no interface can be seen.
Is Cloud presentation having an unknow issue?
Also from presentation owner access for guest as been granted video as been uploaded but guest can not view or interacte with cloud presentation interface.
