Hi all,
I'm having some trouble administering my 8TB CSM over the network.
In the settings, I’ve selected the checkbox that enables admin access via USB and Ethernet. I’ve also set up a user with administrator permissions. However, I don’t see any option to log in within the Cloud Store Setup software.
The device shows up in the Cloud Store Setup app when I enter the static IP address that our company IT department assigned. But I can’t actually access or configure it unless I’m connected via USB.
Even direct connection over Ethernet doesn’t work.
I’m sure I’m missing something simple, but I just can’t figure it out. IT says everything looks fine on their end.
Any ideas?
