Hi everyone,
I recently downloaded the Blackmagic Camera App and also purchased cloud storage for it. The app works great overall, but I’ve run into an issue with the upload process:
When I try to upload videos to the cloud, it only works while the app is open. As soon as I leave the app or it goes into the background, the upload stops.
I'm using an iPhone, and I've already enabled Background App Refresh, but it doesn’t seem to help in this case. I was hoping uploads would continue in the background (like other apps such as iCloud or Google Drive), but that doesn't seem to be happening.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Is there a workaround or setting I’m missing to allow background uploads?
