I complete the screen to create a free Blackmagic Cloud account and I get the checkmark that indicates I’m recognized, but when I click on the button to create the account on my Mac Pro, macOS Sonoma, there’s no response that indicates the account is created.

I suspect I must be doing something in the wrong order. I thought creating an account would be the first step in using the Cloud or getting the App. I’m in Canada and maybe this means there’s an embargo on accounts from Canada given we’re such a bad neighbour these days!

same thing here - feb 9 2025. prev try a week ago might of created an account but log in fails. this is not confidence inspiring and should of been fixed weeks ago....

I’ve looked through posts in the Resolve forum where most of the posts are and none seemed to be helpful to creating an account so perhaps the problem is fairly new.

I’m collaborating on a fledgling film project now where we’re communicating via Microsoft OneDrive transfers and emails, but I can see a major advantage would be to incorporate Blackmagic Cloud and possibly Blackmagic Cloud Store 20TB when the project takes off.

Safari is the problem

I tried in Chrome and created account ok. Got verification email - link went to safari which then worked. Login then worked as expected in Safari. So its account creation in Safari thats the bug

Thanks. Well that should certainly limit the damage since almost no one uses Safari.

I was able to create a Cloud account using Firefox release 135.0.
