Cloud Store Mini - Not Connected to Internet anymore

I've got an 8TB CSM, had connected to Dropbox and was syncing perfectly with a few different people in different parts of the US last year, no problems. It was connected to an iMac Pro through an unmanaged switch on the 10G ports (10G from CSM to switch, 10G from switch to iMac). Had my internet connected to one of the 1G ports on the switch from my modem. Cloud store was setup using the automatic settings, I'm not super good at the networking stuff, so I just stayed with the default and it was working.
Unfortunately, iMac died and had to go with a M1 Max Macbook for now, and the only thing I switched was adding a Sonnet 10G to T3 adapter plugged into my laptop. Thought it would connect to the internet and dropbox but it's not working. I can still access the CSM's content like a network drive, but it's no longer connected to the internet.
Reading the manual for the CSM doesn't really provide much troubleshooting help.
I'm not a network expert so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any thoughts?
