The issue I'm experiencing seems to be on-topic in this thread; hope someone can help.
tl;dr: How do I share or move a project server from my personal account to an organization?
Here's the setup:
- My personal Blackmagicdesign Cloud account is "Cx".
- "Cx" is the owner and admin of the organization "UC".
- As "Cx" I've bought 1 month of project server access with 1 project library for the princely sum of US$5.00. The project server is accessible online and in DR. It currently has 1 project within.
- My organization "UC" shows no project servers, and I can find no way to add my personal Cx server to the organization.
- It seems the only way to add project server access to org. "UC" is to buy additional project server access.
- When I try to downgrade my "Cx" plan so that I can add the single project server with "UC" without paying for a project server for both, I'm warned that all organizations will be disabled.
Please advise! How do I share or move the project server from "Cx" with "UC"?
