So in the BMD Cloud Store Manual it suggests you can connect a camera card directly to a USB port on the back of a Cloud Dock or Cloud Store device and automatically ingest the card. There is no mention of a check sum. Surely this is madness to suggest off-loading camera cards in this way.
Have I missed something but surely you would never ever trust this process?
If Checksum is not present then BMD should provide this functionality and then they would have an excellent product for off loading rushes.
For me, I find it slightly amateurist to suggest in their manual to off loads rushes this way.
