iOS issues with Presentation

I've just started using Presentations from Blackmagic Design Cloud, I'm really enjoying it because the interaction with my clients is fast and efficient!
However, I've had 2 clients who couldn't open the videos on their iPhone, it kept loading forever and I couldn't get out of it. If it's on an android phone it works and if it's on a PC it works, even on a Mac it works, the problem seems to be only on iOS.
I'll add 2 screenshots so you can see what I mean.
Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong or if it really is a bug?
