Hi,

I've just encountered an issue with my cloud project where I have another editor working on the project with me. Both of us have been encountering a sync issue with adding new files to the timeline where they simply won't sync, despite all efforts of making sure the file path & file name were correct. My temporary fix has been moving the media to another location, and then pressing "locate". For some reason, the media syncs that way, which is a bit cumbersome since I have so many files that I need to move, just so I can see and playback what my editor has worked on.

If there is any solution out there for this, please let me know.

One thing I'd like to note, my editor has Resolve V19.1.4, I have V19.1.3, build 7. He started to experience this issue first, within the past week not only on our cloud project, but for another separate one for another client of his. Both of us have used the cloud project workflow, and we've never experienced this before.

I am still running into this issue, despite having updated to resolve 19.1.4.

What's odd is that I will select the exact folder that I need to link to, and some do link while some say they don't. When I am only able to link some, and hit "cancel" (the only option to exit out of sync mode besides disk search), the files that were supposed to be linked, are now no longer linked anymore. That said, this is only happening in the cloud project, it seems to me the local project is fine and doesn't carry over the same issue.

Since I have to deliver a few client videos next week, any support on this is appreciated. I hope to hear back soon.
