20b4 Mac collaborative project question(s)

So I am on 20 b4 on a mac studio trying to set up a collaborative project with some relevant test-data (shooting days from previous seasons of a reality show)

I have made the project a multiuser show and selected upload proxy only.

Now most video files are transcoded and uploaded, but for some reason not all (see screenshot), which is a scenario that doesn't work to well with multiple users/editors. I have double checked the proxies folder, and it is right, the files aren't rendered.

This is in Resolve (correctly marked):

As you ca see, the marked files have not had proxies generated.

Pulling my hair a bit :)

I had let this project start itself for more than 24 hours at the time of posting and the computer was apparently doing nothing, but it almost solved itself.

Still there is one clip that hasn't been processing.

I have now manually done "regenerate optimized media", which in fact is not want I want... hahaha

I want the "web proxy".

To the Resolve Gods out there, would it be possible through the API's to make a monitoring plugin that can (at least) start/stop processes and show tasks finished, tasks in queue and possibly doing some orchestration for larger projects on the file-ingest into resolve?

So a full restart of resolve made it start to create the cloud proxy of the last clip.

Probably tasks are forced into the background if you do stuff in the UI during rendering (which is good).

Is there a way to force-check sync without a fresh start?

That would be great.

Next problem:

Is it possible to select a bin in media manager and somehow apply a keyword to all media assets in that bin and its sub-bins?

Why?
Again working with pretty large datasets per day, and it would be helpful to be able to batch meta-tag 100's of files, even if they are in multiple bins.

Yeah, that would be great.

I wonder what has happened here.

I am on a 1 Gb internet line.

Did a restart, because transcoding had stopped.

I work towards a 10Gb NAS and a lot of files have transcoded.

I don't do anything in the Resolve UI

I have plenty of space on my BM cloud account.

But still things don't seem to upload (I still have 1 file from the previous shooting-day that also has not uploaded)

Anything I can do?

(I do love DR 20, so these questions is just around how to solve problems I run into. It's amazing what BM has done on the backend of resolve from 18 onwards!)

So it does in fact upload stuff, it is just incredibly slow.

Ideas?

Opt/Alt right click on the project in project manager, choose the option "Export Diagnostic Sync Data", and DM me a link to the file please shared on a file sharing service. We'll see if something is going on causing the slow uploads.
