Work off of Blackmagic Cloud Backup

Hi, I understand this goes against the name of product, but is it possible to work off of Blackmagic Cloud Backup storage alone? I have a client who would be much better served by mass HDD storage than the more costly SSDs.

I was just wondering how the system is configured. If they are in some kind of RAID5, then the speed could be fine. If it's JBOD, it's gonna be slow to work with. Depending on your needs of course.
