Presentations not work with ultra wide 21:9 videos?
Posted: Wed May 28, 2025 2:54 amHi I was trying to upload a ultra wide (3840x1634 - 2.35 aspect) video today from DR to Presentations for a client aproval, but the video does not playback at presentations page, still that circle in the middle like if it is encoding forever. Does the Presentation only support 16x9 videos? does any one know?
If yes, please BM, if we could upload other formats like 21:9 ultra wide, we need them
