From Cloud to External HD

I have successfully uploaded footage captured from the Blackmagic Camera App to Blackmagic Cloud in a section called "Personal Storage". Now, I am looking to either:
- Download all of this footage from the cloud to an external hard drive
- OR open the footage in DaVinci Resolve to begin the editing process
I have also created a Project Library, but I am having a hard time transferring the camera uploads from my "Personal" cloud storage to the Project Library itself to begin the editing process? Can I do this from the web, or does this action need to be performed from the Blackmagic Camera App? I no longer have access to the phone on which the footage was captured, so I would ideally love to be able to do this from my laptop if possible?
